Read Re:Booted here: http://rebootedmariokirby.smackjeeves.com/

There wasn't nearly as much to talk about with Re:Booted than there was with Mega Man Arena, so this one is only one page as opposed to three.

Next up: Kirby's Moonlight by contradiction123.

Thanks for the review!! I would have never noticed a lot of the stuff pointed out here. I'll definitely be taking most of this advice. A little blunt honesty is just what every comic author needs. :D

Edit: Also, as I'm sure you know, I've always struggled with character's personalities being defined. I'm determined to get it right, and soon.

Also, I actually did make a page of Mario waking up in a cell, but ended up scrapping it because it really wasn't a good page. I'll touch on that soon.

I just find it funny sometimes that some things you say others should improve, you also should. It's just, I find it funny. Like the panels sizes and personality issues. Or just saying that what you, yourself, do is bad. That's so damn ironic. Really. :P

@Gigi19972010: Well, Ulti's been getting better with those over time. For example, the current arc in Kirby Adventure seems to be dedicated to fleshing out several characters.

As for panel size... Really? That's honestly never been a problem for me.

I like this review stuff. I'm interested in a review or is it only sprite comics?

Reply Ultimate Yoshi, May 28th, 2013, 2:09 pm

@playpros: Nah, it's for any and all webcomics! As long as you're the author who wants it reviewed (or are commenting on behalf of the author), feel free to ask for a review of any kind of webcomic! Doesn't even need to be on Smack Jeeves.

@Gigi19972010: Actually, if anything, finding flaws with another's comic, then realizing that you share the same flaw, is a great way to make improvements on the way you do things.

Reply Jarkes, May 28th, 2013, 8:27 pm

@Ultimate Yoshi: What about fanfics?

Reply Ultimate Yoshi, May 28th, 2013, 8:35 pm

@Jarkes: Those wouldn't really fit this format I've got right now, but there's potential in that for the future.

Reply Neon-J, May 29th, 2013, 9:31 am

@Gigi19972010: That's not what ironic means. That's what hypocrisy means.

Also, just because someone doesn't know how to make a good car, doesn't mean they can't identify the flaws in one. I don't even know how to animate, yet I know what bad animation looks like.

Although yes I do agree that some of the points UY should work on too ;o

If I want my comic reviewed, should I comment, or send a PM?

@Jarkes:

I didn't say that was a problem, but the thing is that he pointed out something he does normally as a problem. And I found that funny. Mainly, as you said, it doesn't look like a problem.

@BattleStarX:

Sure thing. But that still looks weird and funny.

@Neon-J:

Sorry if English is not my main language and I mixed up words, what matters is that you got my point.
But it's still weird! It just doesn't ever look right to me, pointing out someone's flaw, when you have that flaw. Fix your flaw first, then feel free to help anyone else who has that flaw, after all now you know for sure how to fix it.
